About my program: 

 

 

This is an accelerated weight loss program. This program focuses on creating HEALTHY LIFESTYLES, rather than simply being a short term diet! There is no calorie counting or points to keep up with. I do the work for you! The average weight loss for most clients during a 12 week period is 15-30lbs. My program is different from most weight loss programs because most of my meal plans are customized. Customized means you pick your own foods.  I will also help you stay on track with weekly accountability checks and ongoing support.
